  • How do you Clean? – We provide everything, all you have to do is call. We clean with all natural products. We turn down beds, fold towels, leave treats and burn essential oils. We learn your likes and dislikes and incorporate them within the cleaning. We learn where you like things kept and what goes where. We pamper your home as if it were our own.

 

  • How does MaidPure maintain its consistency? – Our housekeepers are specially selected based on their ability to perform above and beyond our expectations. All of our housekeepers receive our signature training. We also have quality control measures in place to help ensure consistency. We strive to maintain a consistent professional service.

 

  • Can I have the same housekeeper if I use your service on a regular basis? – MaidPure tries to keep the same person in your home every cleaning. Due to circumstances out of our control, that may not always be possible but we will contact you to discuss an alternative. We keep client profiles and notes so there is never a need for you to explain over and over again how you want your home cleaned.

 

  • If I am unhappy with a cleaning, what do you do? – If you are ever dissatisfied with a cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do everything we can to make it right and fix any areas of concern.

 

  • What should I do to prepare for my cleaning? – If possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you can put away personal items and clutter. Secure any unfriendly pets. Leave the rest to us and let us pamper you.

 

  • Do I have to be home for someone to clean? – No, The large majority of our clients prefer not to be home when we clean. We ask that you fill out our client profile sheet and let us know any information we need to know about your home. You can also text us any day of note. If you need to leave a key, we recommend purchasing a lockbox to stick on your front porch.

 

  • We have pets, is that a problem? – No! We love pets! Please let us know any special information if you will not be home. We do ask that you please not leave your pet alone with us if you are unsure if they are friendly with strangers.

 

  • Are you licensed? – Yes! We are licensed, bonded and ensured. Our staff is required to pass a background check at time of hire and sign a drug test consent.

 

  • What happens if something is damaged? – We take every precaution while cleaning your home. While we hope it doesn’t, Accidents happen. Our staff will call us immediately to report any damage or breakage and we will contact you. In the event we miss something, please report it to us. We will do everything we can to replace or repair the damage.

 

  • How do I pay? – MaidPure accepts cash, check, ach payments, credit cards, venmo and cash app.

 

  • What is your cancellation policy? – We ask that you please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments cancelled same day are subject to a lock out fee.

 

  • Are gift certificate’s available? – Yes, we offer plastic gift cards as well as printable gift cards. You can submit a request online, email or call us to purchase.
